Submission guidelines for CLEERS database
Brief description:
- Descriptive name for the data entry (e.g., Proposed kinetic mechanism
and parameters for NO/NO2 adsorption in lean NOx traps) (required)
- Name and contact information for contributor submitting the data to
CLEERS (e.g., Tony McDaniel, Sandia National Lab,
amcdani@sandia.gov
, etc.) (required)
- Date of submission (actual date data were received by CLEERS) (required)
Documentation:
- Name of individual or group who actually generated the data (required)
- Reference in open literature where data was reported or contact information
for generating group or individual (required)
- How data were generated (i.e., were they experimentally measured or
estimated using some computational scheme) (required)
- Range of conditions (e.g., temperature, pressure, etc.) for which
the data are expected to be valid (for experimental data, this would be
the experimental range; for computed data, this would be the assumed range
for the computations) (required)
- Definition of key experimental features or computational assumptions
(e.g., integral steady-state conversion measurements were made with an isothermal
plug flow reactor or adsorption rate constants were estimated from UBI-QEP
computations for polydisperse PT nanoparticles) (required)
- Definition of measurement technique (e.g., comments on type of instrument
used, instrument resolution, measurement uncertainty) (required)
- Definition of materials (source and characteristics of catalytic materials,
fuels, engine components) (required)
- Additional details of experimental/computational setup (important
experimental difficulties, numerical algorithms used, computers used) (optional)
Format:
- CHEMKIN format for reaction mechanisms (required)
- CHEMKIN format for thermo/transport properties (required)
- Excel spreadsheets with well defined format for steady-state engine data (required)
- Supplemental header information (optional)
Comments:
- General comments from submitter as to personal experience regarding
usefulness of data (optional)
- Examples/references of models, simulations where data has been used
(optional)
